The Client is informed that the collection of their personal data is necessary for the execution of the services provided by the Vendor (WEKIO). This Privacy Policy outlines how personal data is processed in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international users, and applicable U.S. privacy laws.
The Vendor acts as the Data Controller. Personal data is collected based on:
- Contractual necessity (account creation, order management, invoicing, etc.)
- User consent (newsletters, optional forms, etc.)
- Legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention, etc.)
Article 2 – Collected Data

Article 7 – User Rights
Under applicable privacy laws, Clients and Users have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Obtain confirmation that their data is being processed and receive a copy.
- Right to Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Deletion: Request the deletion of their data, except where legal obligations require retention.
- Right to Object: Object to data processing for legitimate reasons.
- Right to Restriction: Temporarily restrict processing in specific cases.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive their data in a structured format.

The Vendor will respond within one (1) month. If a request is denied, a justification will be provided. Clients can also file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or their respective data protection authority (e.g., California Attorney General for CCPA, CNIL for GDPR).
Article 8 – Updates to This Privacy Policy
The Vendor reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to comply with legal or regulatory changes. Users will be informed through appropriate means, and the latest version will always be available on the website. By continuing to use the website, users accept any modifications.
